- National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Medical Laboratory Science. - Valid registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN). - Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in a clinical laboratory. - Knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS). - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Perform hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and serology tests following SOPs. - Prepare, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment. - Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and data entry of test results. - Adhere to infection control and waste disposal regulations. - Participate in quality assurance programs and internal audits. - Communicate critical findings promptly to medical staff. - Maintain inventory of reagents and supplies.
