Registered Nurse (ICU Specialist)

• Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) or BSc in Nursing Science (BSN). • Current licensing with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). • Mandatory certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). • Minimum of 3 years direct hands-on experience in an intensive care or critical care setting. • Strong clinical judgment, crisis management ability, and attention to detail.

• Monitor and evaluate critical patient conditions continuously using advanced life-support equipment. • Administer intravenous medications, blood products, and specialized treatments as prescribed by attending consultants. • Operate and troubleshoot ICU equipment including ventilators, multipara monitors, and infusion pumps. • Maintain precise, up-to-date digital health records (EHR) following hospital documentation standards. • Provide empathetic emotional support and clear medical updates to patients' family members. • Ensure strict infection control measures and sterile practices across the critical care unit.
